GP de Plouay-Bretagne - Race Overview

Swedish champion Emma Johansson has sprinted to second place in the final World Cup of the season and her final race for ORICA-AIS at GP de Plouay-Bretagne today.

Johansson arrived at the finish after an exciting race full of attacks, but couldn’t match the move of Lizzie Armistead (Boels Dolmans Cycling Team) in the final one hundred metres.

“Getting a big result her at Plouay was the perfect way for Emma to race for the last time for us,” sport director Gene Bates said.
