Grand Prix Cycliste de Montreal - Race Overview

Clasica San Sebastian winner Adam Yates has finished second from a late break at the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montreal in Canada.

After an active day by the entire ORICA-GreenEDGE team, the 23-year-old initiated a move on the final climb in the last lap to breakaway with Tim Wellens (Lotto-Soudal).

In the final, Yates made his move from behind but the legs of Wellens provided just too strong to take the victory.
