Scheldeprijs – Women
Wednesday 5th April
“I’m looking forward to making my debut at Scheldeprijs, it seems like a not so challenging race compared to some of the other Belgian classics, with a high probability to finish with a bunch sprint.
It will be a very fast race and in the finale it will be key to be in good position, there is a roundabout not far away the finish line and so the technical run in will be very important to get right.”
Megan Chard (Sport Director):
“This is the third edition of this race and we will be looking to better our performances from the previous years. With it being a stereotypical ‘sprint race’, we will be supporting Letizia in the final, whilst also looking to contribute to an aggressive race.
We also have the return of Teniel Campbell after her long recovery period following her accident last year and we are excited for her to be back in the action.”
