Peloton Club and ORICA-BikeExchange join forces for new hospitality initiatives

Tue 22 Nov 2016

Starting in time for the 2017 season, ORICA-BikeExchange is pleased to have partnered with events and hospitality company Cadoudal Ltd, based in Wales, UK and its cycling hospitality brand The Peloton Club.

Cadoudal and ORICA-BikeExchange have been developing a hospitality format that allows cycling fans and corporate executives unprecedented access to the team during WorldTour races in 2017.

Guests will be given a true insight into ORICA-BikeExchange with fans able to interact with their favourite riders, get race insights direct from the team and enjoy the racing action up close and personal whilst enjoying great food, fine wines plus a number of ORICA-BikeExchange themed activities over race weekends.

Cadoudal Director, Haydn Pryor, is looking forward to the venture that he believes will continue to develop opportunities for the team.

“Working with ORICA-BikeExchange has been a personal ambition of mine for a while,” Pryor said. “We are excited to deliver a WorldTour first that will give fans an exciting race experience as well as more opportunities for the team’s sponsors to interact with a larger audience.”

“We are working to develop the events and hospitality into a widely accepted part of race preparations and open the door to new corporate partners for the team.”

ORICA-BikeExchange general manager Shayne Bannan said the team was pleased to once again open its doors for fans and corporates, a key goal for the outfit.

“We are very excited about this partnership and everyone on the team are looking forward to welcoming guests and fans to the races,” Bannan said. “We’ve always been keen on new initiatives and this one will open up a fantastic way to access our world and give us the possibility to host some fantastic events together with the The Peloton Club.”

The Peloton Club opens this new initiative with #OBERocks Cardiff. The event, held at 29 Park Place Cardiff, will feature sport directors Neil Stephens and Matthew White and guide guests through the ORICA-BikeExchange experience.

Racing packages will start at Strade Bianche on the 4th of March next year with packages for Milan-SanRemo, Paris-Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders also now available.

Further packages and events, including the Giro d’Italia, Tour de France and Vuelta a Espana, will be released in the coming weeks.
