Tour de San Luis
Stage 7: San Luis – Terrazas del Portezuelo - Stage Details

Sasha Modolo (Lampre Merida) won the fast finish into Terrazas del Portezuelo on Sunday to cap off an exciting week of racing in Argentina. The Italian edged out Peter Sagan (Cannondale) for the Tour de San Luis stage victory. Max Richeze, the last lead-out man for Modolo, rounded out the stage podium. Jens Keukeleire was the top finisher for ORICA-GreenEDGE in fifth place on stage seven.

Adam Yates crossed the finish line seven seconds behind the stage winner in a small group of riders that included overall leader Nairo Quintano (Movistar). The result allowed Yates to protect his position on the overall. He ended the seven day tour, his first race as a professional, in 11th place on the general classification and in the best young rider jersey.
